Service Description

Air Filter & Front Panel Cleaning The technician will remove the front panel of the air conditioning unit to access the air filters. The filters are then thoroughly cleaned using running water or a jet spray to ensure optimal airflow and air quality. Evaporator Coil Cleaning Dirt accumulation on the evaporator coil can reduce cooling efficiency by affecting the condensation process. To prevent this, the technician will clean the coil using a brush and vacuum, ensuring proper heat exchange. Drain Pan Cleaning A clogged drain pan can cause water leakage. The technician will clean the pan to remove any dirt buildup, preventing potential blockages and ensuring smooth drainage. Drainage Pipe Vacuuming To clear any clogs, the drainage pipe will be vacuumed from the FCU (Fan Coil Unit) outlet or the primary drainage exit, typically leading to the bathroom. This prevents water backup and leakage issues. Compressor Performance Check The technician will assess the performance of the condenser unit and notify you if additional servicing, such as condenser cleaning, is required. Any additional services will be chargeable. Refrigerant Gas Level Monitoring Refrigerant gas is essential for cooling. The technician will measure the gas level using specialized equipment. If the gas level is too low or depleted, they will inform you if a refill is necessary.
